Dr. Antonio Phillips, MD was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. As a child he was very energetic, adventurous and an eager learner. This lead Dr. Phillips to attend Prairie View A&M University in Texas, where he received his Bachelors of Science. 

 

Shortly after, Dr. Phillips enlisted into the United States Army Reserve, and became a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN). Following his commitment to his country, Dr. Phillips attended the Ohio State University(OSU) College of Medicine, where he completed his residency in family practice. 

 

Over the many years, Dr. Phillips has worked in Columbus, OH, as a family medicine provider. During this time period, he has enjoyed helping his patients achieve a healthier lifestyle. 

 

Dr. Phillips is proud to have opened PENTA Healthcare, to continue this endeavor.
